Director of Inland Greens Golf Course
A distressed property specialist, Michael has 28
years experience in Golf Course/Resort/Property Management. His hand’s on management
style has led to a proven track record of successful property turn-arounds. He was responsible for supervising all day to day operations and course restoration at Inland Greens Golf Course since taking over until IGGC was sold in the Fall of 2002.
ANDREW
VP – Director Sales and Marketing
Real estate broker with Remax Extraordinary
Properties in Wilmington, NC. Obtaining Law degree from UNC. Over 5 years experience in golf operations and 6 years of
real estate marketing, development, and investment analysis. Andrew is involved with
several large commercial and residential developments. He is a former broker/manager of a
real estate company and a Certified Dispute Mediation Counselor. Current clients include a
national restaurant chain, a REIT involving apartment complexes, and a large builder land
developer. Andrew is also representing several clients interested in acquiring operating
golf courses.
ROBERT
VP – Information Technology
Robert has over 20 years experience in computer software and a strong HRMS/ Financial applications background. He currently manages his own contracting company with his wife Donna, who both specialize in PEOPLESOFT Applications. He is also involved with internet web site development for golf course companies, as this web site will attest to.
Robert graduated from St. Francis College with a BS in Accounting, and has used this background in stream-lining Jamesburg-Farms golf course projects, to further enhance the "bottom line" of our Clients through the use of computer technology.
