CLIENT CASE STUDIES
Our most recent projects include:
- HOA and rental management administration of an
oceanfront condo-hotel. Took over operations during homeowner’s association
dispute/lawsuit that pitted homeowners against each other. During 5 year contract, we
upgraded the property, computerized and stabilized the financial conditions, and raised
property values by 70%.
- Took over the management of Inland Greens Golf
Course during dispute between the owner and the homeowner’s association. We added
stability to the golf course community and are helping mediate the dispute. In one year
the rounds played have been doubled and the course has been brought back up to its
original standards.
- Presently conducting a feasibility study for the
construction of driving range and putting facilities at apartment complexes for a large
REIT (real estate investment trust).
